Matt is amazing! He brought moisture meter that the insurance company's adjuster didn't have. This equipment showed additional damage to other floors in my home. These floors would have been missed if I had not hired them. He went back and forth with my insurance company a couple times, making sure there adjustment included all the damage and met our needs. My claim went for a write-off to a significant claim. I'm so happy that I hired them. If you are on the fence, give them change. They will prove there worth.

Matt went above and beyond what we ever expected. He fought for a complete re roofing which we got instead of the insurance wanting to do several patches. He came and helped tarp the damage when it was going to rain. I highly recommend using Matt. We are so grateful we called Matt. We had hail damage to our roof last fall. It was our first insurance claim filed ever through our insurance company of 15 years. We fought with our insurance company for 14 months over the hail damage to our roof. The insurance company claimed our roof was too old and therefore was not eligible for an insurance claim. Farmers gave us a hard time with the claim on our roof & tried to short/underpay our claim. Our roofer hit a wall with Farmers & suggested we contact Utah Public Adjusters.
